Linda is a licensed psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and families.

Linda’s philosophy is rooted in understanding and connecting to how your experiences throughout life continue to regenerate in repetitive cycles.

Linda weaves into her work an understanding of attachment and childhood wounds with her clients. She is dedicated to providing an environment where you can comfortably and courageously find the best in who you are whether you are working in individual, couples or family counseling.

Linda understands this process can be quite daunting though she believes and will tell you – once committed you will get there … in your own time. Facing our truths can be unpleasant and quite painful though without having these self-realizations you don’t have the opportunity to grow and thrive.

Linda’s hope is for you to dig deep, dream big and achieve wonderment so you can go out and live your best life even on your toughest day.

Linda graduated from Arizona State University (ASU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Family Studies and a Master’s Degree from the School of Social Work. Upon graduating from her Master’s Program Linda continued working at the ASU Employee Assistance Office counseling faculty and staff. This is where her love for working with couples began. While still at ASU she also completed a certification in Life Coaching from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Linda realized early on when a partner has the space to breathe, feel safe and share their feelings, miracles happen! Linda also learned the importance of understanding one’s own attachment style and how it manifests in their current relationship.

Linda then moved on to work at the world-renowned residential treatment facility, The Meadows, as a family counselor. She specialized in working with families impacted by child/adult trauma and addiction. This is where Linda’s in-depth understanding of working with family dynamics began and continues to resonate in her work today. .

Linda trained with Stan Tatkin, PsyD. MFT who is the founder of the The PACT Institute /Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy. Linda completed PACT I & II and continues to attend Stan’s training due to her commitment to continued professional education, growth, and change. Linda completed DARe 1 & 2 with Diane Poole Heller Ph.D., who is a Somatic Attachment and Trauma Expert. Linda also completed Pia Mellody’s training in early childhood trauma.
