For Individuals

This process is a healthy form of self reflection in a safe environment.

Self reflection is making connections and finding self acceptance that ultimately creates satisfying relationships. Making sense of where you have been and resolving challenging life experiences helps you to embrace who you are and to be able to make a commitment to where you want to be.

For Couples

I am a PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) therapist.

As I reflect on my commitment to my work I describe myself as passionate about relationships and guiding couples to learn healthy ways to listen and understand each other. Learning how to listen and be heard is paramount in coupleship, as is learning how to pay attention to non-verbal cues. All these skills are essential for a successful outcome to understanding how current patterns are historically rooted from one’s family of origin.

During our work together my hope is you will find a meaningful sense of self while understanding and having compassion for your partner. In doing this work you will both have a better understanding of what is historical and what is current, finding resolution and healing as you both move forward.

For Families

The dynamics in family work are both challenging and rewarding.

All members of the family will have a voice, opportunities to uncover and reveal experiences, and chances to express emotions that have not been shared in the past. Trying to understand and identify where your story fits will unfold in the process of family counseling. Family counseling is a powerful vehicle that can create meaningful change for self and your family.

“No-one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”
